The next day\, they ventured deep into the woods around Gabrovo\, their tires carving paths through trails inside the forest. \nThe highlight was a visit to the eerie\, abandoned communist lodge at Buzludzha\, perched at 1\,190 meters\, where the winds whispered forgotten tales of history. They finished the day’s ride at Shipka\, being their overnight lodge for other two days. They continued to a cozy hotel in Ovoshtnik before making their final push to Koprinka\, enjoying beach-send riding along in rugged sandy trails around the place. The first stop was the ancient David Gareja Monastery\, nestled on the arid slopes along the Azerbaijani border. From there\, we rode west to Sighnaghi\, where a feast of Georgian cuisine awaited us—khachapuri\, khinkali\, and local wines—a perfect start. \nThe next day took us through Pshaveli National Park\, with sweeping views of rolling hills and valleys. Our journey led us to the remote villages of Omalo and Dartlo in Tusheti National Park\, skirting the Chechen border. The rugged terrain challenged our riding skills\, but the stunning scenery of jagged peaks\, deep gorges\, and vibrant green meadows made every effort worthwhile. The hospitality of the locals\, along with fresh mountain air and hearty meals\, made our stay unforgettable. \nOn our return\, we stopped at the ancient Alaverdi Monastery and rode through Tbilisi National Park\, visiting the bear rescue station before arriving back in Tbilisi.
